By way of brief introduction I established Bradshaw
Property Associates Ltd (“BPA Ltd”) in 2005 specialising in
commercial and residential property consultancy and management.
I
am sole Director of the Company having previously been with Ian Scott
International Ltd (“Ian Scott”) for 21 years where I was Head
of the Valuation, Management and Professional Services Department from
1985 until 2001.
I
have a wide experience of the industry and have dealt with all disciplines
covering both residential and commercial portfolios. I have worked over
the years with numerous institutional clients and independent investors
as well as looking after in-house property portfolios. I acted as a director
of the company for several years and became a consultant to the company
after leaving in 2001 (to spend more time with my family). I continued
to act independently for several private clients from that date until
establishing the company entity BPA Ltd in 2005.
BPA
Ltd currently acts for a small private group of clients and one major
group of companies with a particular emphasis on the management of their
mixed-use property portfolios. We deal with all aspects of general estate
management, incorporating not only all the ‘day to day’ aspects
of commercial and residential property management but advising on asset
management and investment issues within their long term strategic plans
thereby enhancing values by good estate management.
BPA
Ltd is therefore a private, wholly owned independent company entirely
free from the influence of external shareholders or larger corporate relations
and this is valued by our existing clients. Through our association with
other independent companies and surveyors we can provide our clients with
comprehensive advice on the many specialist aspects of our industry including
structural surveys, building surveys, mechanical and electrical plant
surveys, project management etc

Ltd uses only associates who are of equal standing and therefore together
we can provide a full range of professional services as required for the
successful management of our clients’ portfolios.
The
company’s predominant business ethic is the provision of a personal
tailored service with a high standard of integrity and expertise, qualities
that we have endeavoured to maintain at all times during my career, since
I entered the property industry over thirty years ago, in order to engender
client loyalty.
